Dillon's CT model manual test stand for force gauges is an ideal compliment to their GL Series force gauges.  CT test stands utilize a handwheel system rather than a lever for raising and lowering the force gauge at a consistant level, no matter who is operating the force gauge.  Lever systems are inconsistant because if each person using the tension gauge pulls the lever at a different rate (which is unavoidable) the force gauge's readings will be off, creating less than precise results.
