This Ultra Mass Class calibration leaf weight (PWB7032-0W), Flat Weight, includes NVLAP Certificate of Calibration.  Individual weight is packed in a plastic vial and then in bubble envelope.  Typical lead time is 5 to 7 business days from the date order is placed to shipping from NVLAP metrology lab.
