SK5000 is NSF Certified (sanitary for food processing & food service) and Legal For Trade (Class III Scale) making this scale perfect for food processing applications. The SK5000 is perfect for people operating a road farm stands but really don't want to spend all the money for a price computing scale. The large 9.05" (W) x 7.48" (D) removable stainless steel platform can accommodate a container that can be placed on the platform and tared (zeroed out).
All SK-Series feature a huge one inch height display that is easy to see for both you and your customers. Operates on 6 'D' size batteries (not included) up to 1200 hours with alkaline batteries or optional 110V AC Adapter is available for purchase.
