Signum Series offers a choice of three powerful technologies, each with a different levels of performance: The standard weighing system in Signum Regular
models enables resolutions of up to 35,000d; Signum Advanced
models feature a mechatronic weighing system with resolutions of up to 65,000d, and Signum Supreme
models are equipped with a monolithic weigh cell for resolutions of up to 350,000d. Sartorius offers users a premium scale that is remarkably easy to use and offers a broad range of options for adaptation to specific customer needs.
Sartorius Regular Signum SIWRDCP V10, 60 kg x 2 g with Application Level 1, IP65 rating, RS232 interface, built in clock and 13.7 inch x 9.4 inch platform.
Sartorius preconfigured Signum offers exceptional performance features and is a very easy-to-operate bench scale. The SIWRDCP-V10 is extremely rugged and resistant, and perfectly adapts to any ambient conditions in an industrial environment. With Signum, anything is possible: pick and choose your level of applications and different resolutions, and enjoy the benefits of a wide variety of interfaces and options for IP65 protection, use in harsh areas and for many more features. Sartorius Signum is a compact scale built exactly the way you want it – without compromises.
Signum series of compact industrial scales have exceptional performance features and is very easy to operate thanks to its wide choice of features and accessories. Signum is extremely rugged-built and resistant, and perfectly adapts to any ambient conditions in industrial environments.
Particularly tough industrial environments call for unlimited safety during operation of a scale. Signum is reliably protected against extreme overloading and side impact, and dependably delivers repeatable weighing results even under fluctuating ambient conditions.
Signum scales are used for a wide range of weighing applications. Example could be incoming inspection: Raw materials, primary products and semi finished goods are delivered in the widest variety of containers and quantities. Exact measurement and logging of the supplied quantity is the basis for all subsequent processing steps.
The Sartorius Signum SIWRDCP-V10 is built with a strain gauge and the linearity is stated at ± 3 grams. Linearity is the accuracy of the digital scale. A 10 cent US dime weighs about 2.5 grams to give you an idea of the accuracy.Strain gauge load cells
don't provide the same performance and accuracy like a magnetic force restoration (MFR) balance
costing substantially more money. If you are on a budget with limited funds the SIWRDCP-V10 might be your digital scale for your weighing application, but you do get what you pay for. You'll get better performance, linearity and repeatability with an electromagnetic weigh sensor like those found in the AND Weighing GP60K
, or GP-61KS
but this weigh sensor design cost more money. Watch our video here so you know what to expect in a strain gauge load cell verses electromagnetic force restoration
